Urban Public Space Elastic Design Strategy for Storm Surge Disasters

沿海城市独特的地理位置使其时常遭受严重的风暴潮灾害问题,而弹性理念的引入使得传统的风暴潮适灾设计有了新的角度.本文综述了弹性理念与风暴潮适灾设计的基本概念和二者的融合情况,并通过对国内外成功案例的介绍和分析,从地形条件、基础设施、植物的选择与养护等方面来探讨应对风暴潮灾害的城市公共空间弹性设计策略,以期为相关的设计实践提供新的思路.

The unique geographical location of the coastal cities often subjects them to severe storm surge disasters,and the introduction of the elastic concept provides a new angle for the traditional adaptive design for the storm surge disasters.This article reviews the elastic concept and the basic concept of adaptive design for storm surge disasters and the combination of them.Through the introduction and analysis of successful domestic and international cases,this article discusses the elastic design strategies of the urban public space to tackle the storm surge disasters from the aspects of the terrain conditions,infrastructure,plant selection,and maintenance to provide new ideas for related design practices.
