碳纤维材料在我国卫星制造领域的应用及国产化需求 被引量:9

摘要 碳纤维及其复合材料具有密度小、强度高、各向异性、易于整体成型等优异性能,可广泛应用于各类卫星结构产品制造,是实现我国宇航制造强国目标的关键材料。概述了国内外碳纤维材料的发展状况及产品特点,介绍了碳纤维及其复合材料在国内外卫星制造领域的应用现状,以及目前航天用国产碳纤维材料的产品性能水平,并根据我国卫星装备任务需求提出了碳纤维产品实现自我保障的重点突破方向,最后对我国碳纤维产业发展提出了一些指导和建议。 Carbon fiber(CF)and its composite materials are the key material for China’s aerospace manufacturing power target,which have been widely applied in satellite structure manufacturing.The development status and characteristics of CF were described firstly,the application status of CF and its composites in satellite manufacturing field at home and abroad was introduced secondly.Then,the key breakthrough direction of CF products self-supply was put forward according to the requirement of satellite equipment in China.In the end,some constructive suggestions were given on the development of China CF industry.
