摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为交联剂、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷为功能单体、苯酚为模板分子制备磁性苯酚印迹材料。在对制备方法进行优化的基础上,采用透射电镜、X射线衍射、傅里叶变换红外光谱等方法进行分析表征,测定印迹材料对苯酚的吸附能力,并进行Scatchard模型分析,同时对苯酚类似物的吸附选择性进行考察。结果表明:印迹材料对苯酚的最大吸附量达到8.31mg/g;当动态吸附时间90min时达到吸附平衡,印迹因子最大为4.160,选择性因子最大为2.960,说明了该印迹材料对苯酚具有较好的特异性和选择性吸附性能,可用于化妆品中苯酚的快速富集与分离。
The novel magnetic phenol imprinted material was synthesized using ethyl silicate as the crosslinking agent,3-ammonia propyl triethoxy silane as functional monomer and phenol as the template molecule.Based on optimized preparation method,the imprinted material was characterized by transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction and fourier transforminfrared spectroscopy.The static and dynamic adsorption properties were demonstrated by ultraviolet spectroscopy.Meanwhile,the scatchard model and the adsorption properties of the phenol homologue was performed.The results demonstrated that the maximum adsorption capacity of MWCNTs-MIPs was 8.31 mg/g,and it achieved the adsorption equilibrium after 90 minutes.The maximum imprint factor and selectivity factor of MWCNTs-MIPs were 4.160 and 2.960,respectively.These indicated that the imprinted materials had excellent specific and selective adsorption properties for phenol,and could rapidly concentrated and separated phenol from cosmetic.
