TiO2/镀铜炭黑复合材料的制备及其电化学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备了TiO2/镀铜炭黑(TiO2/Cu/CB)复合材料,并利用SEM、XRD等对TiO2/Cu/CB复合材料进行微观结构表征。结果表明,TiO2在镀铜炭黑中分布均匀,改善了TiO2的导电性。电化学测试表明,与未复合镀铜炭黑的纯TiO2相比,TiO2/Cu/CB复合材料具有更高的储锂活性和倍率性能。TiO2/Cu/CB复合材料在0.1A/g的电流密度下循环100圈后的可逆容量为200.8mAh/g,而单纯TiO2的可逆容量仅为47.7mAh/g。可见,TiO2和镀铜炭黑之间的协同效应提高了复合材料的电化学性能。 TiO2/copper-coated carbon black(TiO2/Cu/CB)composite materials were successfully prepared by a facile sol-gel method and characterized by SEM and XRD.The results demonstrated that TiO2 was uniformly distributed on the surface of copper-coated carbon black(Cu/CB)and the conductivity of TiO2 was improved remarkably.The electrochemical measurements revealed the TiO2/Cu/CB exhibited higher lithium storage activity and excellent rate capability than the pure TiO2.For instance,the improvement Li^+ion storage capacity of TiO2/Cu/CB shown at 200.8 mAh/g after charge-discharge 100 cycles at 100 mA/g,which was higher than pure TiO2 showing at 47.7 mAh/g.In mechanism,the synergistic effect between Li^+ion storage capacity of TiO2 and conductivity of copper-coated CB contributed to the improvement electrochemical performances of TiO2/Cu/CB.
