摘要
如何定性分析涂层材料/混凝土界面微结构的作用机制是研究混凝土表面防护机理的一个难题。在已有界面理论中,通过对该体系两相材料的物理化学性质分析,发现化学键理论、浸润理论和啮合理论适用于该体系。在多数微观表征方法中,采用电子显微镜技术和光谱分析方法可以对该体系作微观表征。在已有的数值模拟方法中,利用有限元分析可以对该体系进行建模模拟。
How to qualitatively analyze the mechanism of the coating material/concrete interface microstructure is a difficult problem to study the protective mechanism of concrete surface.In the existing interface theory,by analyzing the physical and chemical properties of the material of the system,it was found that the chemical bond theory,the wetting theory and the meshing theory were applicable to the system.In most microscopic characterization methods,the system can be microscopically characterized by electron microscopy and spectral analysis.In the existing numerical simulation method,the system can be modeled by finite element analysis.
