多模态视角下放松训练对脑胶质瘤患者癌因性疲乏及睡眠障碍的影响 被引量:9

Effects of relaxation training on cancer-related fatigue and sleep disorder in patients with glioma from a multimodal perspective

摘要 目的探讨多模态放松训练对脑胶质瘤患者癌因性疲乏及睡眠障碍的影响。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2018年8月—2019年12月江苏南京某三级甲等综合性医院神经外科收治的70例脑胶质瘤患者,使用随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予多模态放松训练干预。比较两组患者干预前后的癌因性疲乏量表(CFS)和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果干预前,两组患者CFS各维度得分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,对照组CFS总分为(29.06±9.05)分,高于观察组的(24.26±8.65)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,干预后,对照组躯体疲乏、情感疲乏和认知疲乏得分均高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者PSQI各维度得分及总分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,对照组PSQI总分为(10.60±4.69)分,高于观察组的(7.83±4.01)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中,干预后,对照组睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍和日间功能评分均高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者催眠药物评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多模态放松训练能够减轻脑胶质瘤患者躯体疲乏、情感疲乏、认知疲乏状态,改善睡眠质量,值得在临床推广使用,以促进患者社会功能的恢复。 Objective To explore the effects of multimodal relaxation training on cancer-related fatigue and sleep disorder in patients with glioma.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 70 patients with glioma who were admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery in ClassⅢGrade A hospital in Nanjing,Jiangsu from August 2018 to December 2019.All patients were divided into control group and observation group with the method of random number table,35 cases in each group.Control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and observation group implemented multimodal relaxation training on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the scores of the Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS)and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI).Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in dimension scores and total score of CFS among patients between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the total CFS score of control group was(29.06±9.05),which was higher than that(24.26±8.65)of observation group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).Besides,the scores of physical fatigue,emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue of control group after intervention were higher than those of observation group also with statistical differences(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in dimension scores and total score of PSQI among patients between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the total PSQI score of control group was(10.60±4.69),which was higher than that(7.83±4.01)of observation group with a statistical difference(P<0.05).The scores of sleep quality,falling asleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime function of control group were higher than those of observation group with statistical differences(P<0.05).After intervention group,there no significant difference in the score of the hypnotic drug between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Multimodal relaxation training can reduce physical fatigue,emotional fatigue,cognitive fatigue,and improve sleep quality in patients with glioma which is worthy of clinical application to promote the recovery of patients'social function.
