摘要
介绍了一种用于厚度小于6mm的搅拌摩擦焊(FSW)焊缝的相控阵超声检测方法。通过大量试验,基于实际的检测结果数据,对相控阵探头参数、楔块、扫描角度、扫描方式和显示方式等进行了研究,具有一定的可操作性,可进一步提高检测的质量。此方法操作方便,能够有效地节省时间,提高产能,且安全环保,具有较高的实际应用价值。
This paper introduces a phased array ultrasonic testing method for friction stir welding(FSW)with weld thickness less than 6 mm.Through a large number of tests and based on the actual test result data,the probe parameters,wedge block,scanning angle,scanning mode and display mode of phased array probe are explored,which has certain operability and can further improve the quality of detection.The method is convenient to operate and it can effectively save time and improve production.It is also capacity,safe and friendly to the environment and has high practical application value.
