摘要 针对平面应力快速、无损的测量需求,基于电磁超声及瑞利波平面应力测量原理,设计了三发三收式电磁超声换能器。详细介绍了三发三收式瑞利波探头结构及测量系统,改进了基于三方向超声波波速计算平面应力的公式,一次定位即可实现金属平面应力的测量。试验测量5052搅拌摩擦焊铝合金板的平面应力,并将测量结果与盲孔法结果进行对比,验证了所设计电磁超声探头的实用性。 Aiming at the requirement of fast and nondestructive measurement of plane stress,a threetransmitters-three-receivers Rayleigh wave electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer(EMAT)was designed based on the principles of electromagnetic ultrasound.The structure and measurement system of the electromagnetic ultrasonic probe were introduced in details,and the formula for calculating plane stress based on the three-directions ultrasound velocity was modified.The plane stress can be measured when the probe was positioned once.A plane stress measurement experiment was performed in 5052 aluminum alloy by friction stir welding.And the measurement results were compared with the hole-drilling method,which verified the feasibility of the designed electromagnetic ultrasonic probe.
