半夏药理作用及其毒性研究进展

Research progress on pharmacological effects and toxicity of Pinellia ternata

中药半夏来源于我国传统中药天南星科植物半夏Pinellia ternate(Thunb.)Breit.的干燥块茎,目前临床上主要用于治疗呕吐、咳嗽、肿瘤等,其不良反应常见报道。毒理学研究表明半夏能导致机体主要靶器官毒性。本文针对半夏的性质和作用靶点,并结合国内外报道综述其主要成分和毒性成分、药理作用、毒性及其毒性作用机制,旨在明确半夏的毒性及为其临床合理用药提供理论依据。

Pinellia ternata derives from the dry tubers of P.ternate(Thunb.)Breit,which is a kind of widely used traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for its therapeutic effects on vomiting,cough,tumor and so on.However,the adverse reactions are widely reported.Toxicological studies have demonstrated that P.ternate could cause the toxicity to main target organs of body.Aiming to the properties and targets of P.ternate,and based on the research of P.ternate at home and abroad,this study systematically reviews the main components,toxic components,pharmacological action,toxicity and the mechanism of P.ternate.It will elucidate the toxicity of Pinelliae Rhizoma,as well as provide theoretical basis for promoting clinical rational application of P.ternate.
