摘要 为实现面向低成本低噪声的汽车驱动桥零部件精度多目标优化,构建了影响因素与啮合噪声相关度计算模型,以市场故障件影响因素检测数据结合生产过程不合格率统计结果,得到各影响因素与啮合噪声的相关度;采用正交试验法对影响因素进行多水平的台架噪声试验,得到噪声最低的因素水平组合,对噪声的影响因素进行了敏感性、交互作用分析;构建高性能、低成本的驱动桥噪声多目标优化函数,结合制造成本及正交试验结果,得到最优因素组合;采用整车噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)性能测试的方法,验证了优化结果的有效性。 In order to achieve multi-objective optimization of automotive driving axle parts accuracy for low cost and low noise,a calculation model of correlation degree between influence factors and meshing noise was constructed.The correlation degree among influence factors and meshing noise was objectively obtained by combining the detection data of influence factors of market failure parts with the statistical results of unqualified rate of production processes.The orthogonal experimental method was used to carry out multi-level analysis of influence factors.Through bench noise test,the combination of the lowest noise factors was obtained,and the sensitivity and interaction analysis of the influence factors of noise was carried out.The multi-objective optimization function of vehicle-driven bridge noise with high performance and low cost was constructed,and the optimal combination of factors was obtained by combining the manufacturing cost and the orthogonal test results.The sound pressure level of commercial driving axles before and after optimization was compared by the method of vehicle NVH performance test.The validity of the optimization results was verified by the vehicle NVH performance test method.
