摘要
电枢反应电抗是永磁电机设计中的重要参数。本文首先用等效交直轴法和保存磁导率法对内置U型转子结构永磁电机进行了电抗参数的计算。然后,在不考虑交叉饱和及考虑交叉饱和的情况下,对内置U型转子结构永磁电机的电抗进行了实验测试,并将不同计算方法下的电抗计算值与测试值进行了分析比较,得出计算值与测试值的差异。最后提出一种新的转子磁路结构,该结构能进一步减小内置U型永磁电机的电抗,提高电机的凸极率。
Armature reactance is an important parameter in the design of permanent magnet motor.This paper calculated the reactance parameters of the interior U type permanent magnet motor by the equivalent ac-axis method and the preserved permeability method.Then,the reactance without considering the cross-saturation and the cross-saturation was tested.The calculated value of reactance was analyzed and compared with the measured value.Finally,a new rotor structure was proposed which can further reduce the reactance of interior U type permanent magnet motor and improve the salient-pole ratio.
