摘要 为了降低关磁阻电机转矩脉动,本文提出了基于电流矢量分解的开关磁阻电机转矩脉动抑制的控制策略。在该控制策略中,采用id=0的控制方式,在不同区间内将iq分解为两相电流的矢量和,并用傅里叶级数模型建立了满足磁路饱和的转矩模型。根据新建立的转矩模型得到恒定转矩条件下的iq变化规律,给定电流iq以此规律变化就可以减小转矩脉动。本文分别分析了单极性正弦励磁、恒iq型单极性励磁和变iq型单极性励磁条件下的转矩模型。最后,搭建了以TMS320F2812为核心的开关磁阻电机调速系统的实验平台,进行了系统的实验研究。实验结果证明了基于矢量分解的变iq型单极性励磁控制方法能有效减小开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动。 In order to reduce torque ripple of switched reluctance motor,a low torque ripple control method based on current vector decomposition was proposed in this paper.In which,id=0 control strategy was adopted.Then iq was decomposed into the vector sum of two-phase currents in different position.A Fourier series model about T*e and iq was established and this model satisfies the magnetic saturation condition.According to the established Fourier series model,the change rule of iq based on constant reference torque was obtained.In the paper,torque models of switched reluctance motor under traditional unipolar sinusoidal excitation control method,constant iq unipolar excitation control method and variable iq unipolar excitation control method were analysed respectively.Finally,experimental platform of switched reluctance motor control system based on TMS320F2812 was built.Experimental results show that the variable iq unipolar excitation method based on current vector decomposition can effectively reduce the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor.
