摘要
潜油永磁同步电机应用于石油开采中,由于石油套管限制了电机外径,为保证输出转矩,电机长度较长。潜油永磁同步电机的输出性能及可靠性随着电机长度的增加明显下降,因此,电机设计时需要尽可能提高转矩密度从而降低电机长度。有取向硅钢片沿轧制方向导磁性能优异,一般应用于变压器铁心中。基于有取向硅钢片的优势,结合分数槽集中绕组潜油永磁同步电机的特点,提出一种将有取向硅钢片应用于分数槽集中绕组潜油永磁同步电机,提高转矩密度的方法。对提出的方法进行了验证,仿真了两台电机进行对比研究,有限元仿真结果与理论分析基本一致,证明了该方法的合理性和有效性。
The submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor is used in oil exploitation.Due to the oil casing limits the outer diameter of the motor,the length of the motor is generally large to ensure the output torque.The output performance and reliability of the motor decreases significantly with the length of motor increasing.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the torque density for reducing the length of the motor.Based on the characteristics of oriented silicon steel sheet with excellent magnetic permeability in the rolling direction which usually used in transformers,a method for applying oriented silicon steel sheet to submersible permanent magnet synchronous motor with fractional slot concentrated winding to improve torque density was proposed.The proposed method was verified by simulating two motor models for comparative study.The rationality and validity of the method were proved by the accordance of finite element simulation results and the theoretical analysis.
