摘要
随着全氟辛基磺酸(perfluorooctanesulfonic acid,PFOS)被限制生产和使用,6∶2氟调聚磺酸(6∶2 fluorotelomer sulfonate,6∶2 FTSA,C6F13CH2CH2 SO3H)作为替代品被广泛用于电镀和氟聚物乳化过程。目前针对6∶2 FTSA的研究仍处在起步阶段,综述了现有的相关报导,从环境分布、生物累积、生物转化和毒性效应4个方面对已有研究进行总结,并围绕目前存在的问题及未来的研究方向进行了讨论和展望,以期为6∶2 FTSA的环境污染及安全性评估提供参考。
Perfluorooctanesulfonic acid has been phased out due to its environmental persistence,bioaccumulation and biological toxicity.As one of its alternatives,6∶2 fluorotelomer sulfonate(6∶2 FTSA)has been widely used in electroplating and fluoropolymer emulsification processes.This paper reviews recent reports about 6∶2 FTSA,summarizing these researches from four aspects:environmental distribution and behavior,bioaccumulation,biotransformation and toxic effects.The existing issues and future research directions were discussed and prospected in order to provide a insights for the 6∶2 FTSA environmental pollution and safety assessment.
