产后逐瘀胶囊联合炔诺酮治疗月经失调的疗效观察及对患者性激素水平的影响

Effect of Postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with norethisterone in the treatment of menorrhagia and its influence on the changes of sex hormone

目的 观察产后逐瘀胶囊联合炔诺酮治疗月经失调的疗效及对患者性激素影响.方法 选择建德市第一人民医院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的月经失调患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例).对照组患者给予炔诺酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合产后逐瘀胶囊治疗.两组均于月经第5天开始用药,疗程均为3个月经周期.比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后月经失血图(PBAC)评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分、性激素变化.结果 观察组总有效率[95.00% (57/60)]高于对照组[75.00% (45/60)](x2=9.412,P<0.05);观察组治疗后PBAC评分[(72.34±10.38)分]和PSQI评分[(3.65±1.20)分],均低于对照组[(87.82±8.90)分和(6.98±1.45)分](t=8.770、13.705,均P<0.05).观察组治疗后血清雌二醇[(221.28±19.87) ng/L],高于对照组[(135.42±24.71) ng/L],而促卵泡刺激素[(12.39±2.87) IU/L]和黄体生成素[(14.68±2.37) IU/L],均低于对照组[(19.83±2.32) IU/L和(39.94±3.24)IU/L],差异均有统计学意义(t=20.975、15.616、48.742,均P<0.05).结论 产后逐瘀胶囊联合炔诺酮治疗月经失调患者疗效明显,改善患者机体性激素水平,患者月经规则提高患者生活质量.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic efet of Postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with norethisterone in the treatment of menorrhagia and its influence on sex hormone.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,120 patients with iregular menstruation adnited to the First Peoples Hospital of Jiande were divided into observation group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases)according to the random digital table method.The control group was treated with norethisterone,while the observalin group was treated with Postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with norethisterone.Both two groups began to use drugs on the 5th day of menstruation,and the course of treatment was three menstrual cycles.The therapeutic ffect,PBAC,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),sex hormone were compared before and after treatment.Results The total efective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(χ2=9.412,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of PBAC[(72.34±10.38)points]and PSQI[(3.65±1.20)points]in the observation group were lower than those in the control group[(87.82±8.90)points and(6.98±1.45)points](t=8.770,13.705,all P<0.05).The serum E,level[(221.28±19.87)ng/L]in the obseration group after treatment was higher than that in the control group[(135.42±24.71)ng/L],while FSH[(12.39±2.87)IU/L]and LH[(14.68±2.37)IU/L]were lower than those in the control group[(19.83±2.32)IU/L and(39.94±3.24)IU/L],the differences were statistically significant(t=20.975,15.616,48.742,all P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum Zhuyu capsule combined with norethisterone is effective in the treatment of menorthagia.It can improve the serum levels of sex hormone,and improve the quality of life of patients.
