摘要
为有效回收利用废弃机油残留物(REOB)和废旧沥青路面材料(RAP),将3种REOB掺入老化沥青中,通过室内三大指标试验、动态剪切流变试验和弯曲梁流变试验对比分析了掺加REOB前后老化沥青的相关指标;利用棒状薄层色谱试验分析了REOB、原样沥青、老化沥青以及掺入REOB之后老化沥青的组分构成,探究得出了REOB对老化沥青的再生作用机理。试验结果表明:3种REOB对老化沥青具有明显的再生作用,随着REOB掺量的增加,针入度和延度上升,软化点下降。同时,REOB-3可降低老化沥青的车辙因子,增大其相位角;REOB-3的掺入可使老化沥青的劲度模量减小,蠕变速率增大;REOB-3中的芳香分能够对老化沥青中的沥青质分解转化。
For effective recovery and utilization of recycled engine oil residue(REOR)and recycledasphalt pavement(RAP)material,three kind of REOR are mixed into aged asphalt,and then relevant indexesof aged asphalt before and adding REOB are analyzed and compared through penetration test,softeningpoint test,ductility test,dynamic shear rheological test and bending beam rheological test.The compositionof REOR,matrix asphalt,aged asphalt and the aged asphalt added REOR is analyzed by Rod Thin LayerChromatography Test,and then the regeneration mechanism of aged asphalt by REOB is got.The test resultsshowed that 3 kinds of REOB have obvious regeneration effect on aged asphalt.With the increasing ofREOB content,the penetration and ductility increase and the softening point decrease.At the same time,REOR-3 can reduce the rut factor of aged asphalt and increase its phase angle.The incorporation of REOR-3 can reduce the stiffness modulus and increase the creep rate of aged asphalt.The aromatic in REOR-3decomposes and transforms the asphaltene in aged asphalt.
