好氧挂膜过程的溶解氧和pH值变化特征初步研究

摘要 对好氧条件下挂膜过程的溶解氧(DO)及pH信号进行监测分析,考察DO及pH信号与好氧挂膜过程的对应关系。结果表明,7d能完成好氧挂膜的快速启动,启动过程中化学需氧量(COD)出水效果逐渐变好,COD去除率从第1天的55%提高到第7天的83%,这一结论可以从溶解氧(DO)的跃迁点信号及pH的平顺点信号从240min(DAY1)缩短到210min(DAY3)最后缩短至稳定状态的180min(DAY7)来间接印证。也就是说,DO及pH的在线信号可以用来表征好氧挂膜过程。 In this study,the dissolved oxygen(DO)and pH signals during the film hanging process under aerobic conditions were monitored and analyzed,and the corresponding relationship between DO and pH signals and the film hanging process was investigated.The results showed that the fast start-up of aerobic film cultivation process was reached at the 7th day.The chemical oxygen demand(COD)in the effluent water is getting better,removal efficiency improved from 55%in day1 to 83%in day7.This conclusion can be indirect verified by the fact that the transition point of DO signals and the smooth point of pH signals reduced from 240 min(DAY1)to 210 min(DAY3)and finally reduced to 180 min(DAY7)in the stable state.In other words,the on-line signals of DO and pH can be used to characterize the aerobic film cultivation process.
