摘要 放射性废树脂的高效稳定处理问题一直以来是业界关注的重点。蒸汽重整技术减容倍数高,形成的最终废物稳定,工艺过程对环境友好,是处理放射性废树脂的潜在选择。根据古布斯自由能最小原理提出能预测废树脂在蒸汽重整处理平衡产物分布以反应输入热量的计算模型,并选取苯基离子交换树脂为计算对象,主要分析了不同蒸汽比例、不同氧气比例、温度和压力对最终产物的平衡分布及反应输入热量的影响。分析表明,在采用蒸汽重整处理废树脂及其他有机废物时,应合理选择处理温度、净输入热功率。 The stable and effective treatment of radioactive waste resin has always been paid much attention in the nuclear industry.Steam reforming technology with high reduction times,stable final waste and environmentally friendly process is a potential option for the treatment of radioactive waste resin.The calculation model of spent resin steam reforming product distribution and input energy is proposed based on the Gibbs principle of minimum free energy.Phenyl ion exchange resin is selected as the calculation object,the effects of different steam ratio,different oxygen ratio,temperature and pressure on the equilibrium distribution of the final product and the heat input of the reaction were analyzed.The analysis showed that when steam reforming is used to treat waste resin and other organic waste,the sample treatment temperature and net heat input power should be selected reasonably.
