摘要 进行了杨木小径材化机浆漂白工艺研究。采用过氧化氢与连二亚硫酸钠二段漂白工艺,实现杨木小径材化机浆高度漂白。最佳的漂白工艺为:第一段,过氧化氢用量1.5%、温度80℃、反应时间150min、pH值为11.0左右;第二段,连二亚硫酸钠用量1.5%、温度75℃、反应时间90min、pH值为6.0左右。 The bleaching technology of the chemimechanical pulp(CMP)made from small-diameter poplar log was studied here.Based on the two-stage bleaching process using hydrogen peroxide and sodium dithionite,CMP was deeply bleached.The optimum bleaching process is as follows:in the first stage,the proportion of hydrogen peroxide dosage is 1.5%,the temperature is 80℃,the reaction span is 150min,pH value is about 11.0;in the second stage,the proportion of sodium dithionite is 1.5%,the temperature is 75℃,the reaction span is 90min and the pH value is about 6.0.
