摘要
为解决旧工业建筑再生过程中存在的安全模糊性问题,提出了一种基于正态云模型的旧工业建筑再生脆弱性分析方法。从结构-环境脆弱性角度建立旧工业建筑脆弱性评估指标体系,采用熵权法(Entropy Weight Method,EWM)确定指标权重系数,并设置评估标准。基于正态云模型计算各评估指标隶属于评估等级的云特征值,评估过程体现了随机性和模糊性。最后以6个旧工业建筑为例进行脆弱性评估分析,结果表明,采用正态云模型的脆弱性评估在降低评估标准主观性的同时解决了模糊性问题,提供了脆弱性改善依据。
This paper intends to propose a vulnerability assessment model for reuse of the old industrial buildings based on the normal cloud model.The said improved vulnerability assessment model can be used to assess the vulnerability of the old industrial buildings with the structural damage and environmental pollution so as to address the safety ambiguity in the reuse process.The application of our improved vulnerability assessment model can help to find that the key to such evaluation should be focused on how to translate the qualitative language description into quantitative expression.And,therefore,in order to quantitatively assess the vulnerability degree of the reuse of old industrial buildings,we have chosen the normal cloud model to establish a renovated vulnerability assessment model.At the same time,the indicator weight should help to reduce the influence of the subjective factors on the evaluation results based on the entropy weight method.And,then,we have chosen the indicators preliminarily from the perspective of the structure-environmental impact,with the indicators being supplemented and optimized by Delphi,to further optimize the said indicators and the coefficients of importance and variation.The system of the vulnerability assessment indicators for the old industrial buildings can be determined through a process of repeated optimization.For example,in the process of indicator setting,we have set the calculation method of indicator value according to the calculation rules of the normal cloud model,intended to reduce the fuzziness and randomness of the indicators chosen by dividing the vulnerability levels into 5 ones based on a large number of industrial plant detection cases.In so doing,the vulnerability assessment criteria can be set through the relevant literature statement,the expert opinions and testing standards,to calculate and work out the cloud characteristic features of the indicators based on the normal cloud model.And,finally,6 reused projects of the old industrial buildings have been chosen for vulnerability assessment analysis,and the results of the reassessment prove consistent with the actual situations.The results we have worked out have thus demonstrated that the vulnerability assessment based on the normal cloud model can help to reduce the subjectivity of the assessment process and provide a reliable basis for vulnerability improvement so as to solve the problem of indicator fuzziness more logically and reasonably.
