丁苯酞联合纳洛酮治疗中枢性眩晕的效果及对患者脑血流的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究丁苯酞联合纳洛酮治疗中枢性眩晕的效果及对患者脑血流的影响。方法将86例中枢性眩晕患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组给予纳洛酮,观察组在对照组基础上给予丁苯酞。比较两组临床疗效、脑血流指标及血管内皮功能指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组椎-基底动脉Vm、Vs均较治疗前增大,且观察组大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的内皮素-1和血栓调节蛋白水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丁苯酞联合纳洛酮治疗中枢性眩晕的效果确切,能够改善患者的脑血流和血管内皮功能。 Objective To study the effect of butylphthalide combined with naloxone in the treatment of central vertigo and its influence on cerebral blood flow of patients.Methods Eighty-six patients with central vertigo were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given naloxone,and the observation group was given butylphthalide on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cerebral blood flow indexes and vascular endothelial function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,Vm and Vs of vertebrobasilar artery in the two groups increased compared with those before treatment,and those in the observation group were larger than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of endothelin-1 and thrombomodulin in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butylphthalide combined with naloxone in the treatment of central vertigo has definite curative effect,which can improve the cerebral blood flow and vascular endothelial function.
