沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合呋塞米治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床效果

Clinical effect of sacubitril-valsartan combined with furosemide in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure

目的探讨沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合呋塞米治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法将200例老年慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组(n=100,呋塞米)与观察组(n=100,沙库巴曲缬沙坦联合呋塞米)。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的LVEF均升高,LVEDd、LVMI、NT-proBNP、Hcy、IL-6、ICAM-1水平均降低,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠联合呋塞米能够有效改善老年慢性心力衰竭患者的心肌损伤指标,促进心功能恢复,提高临床效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of sacubitril-valsartan combined with furosemide in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 200 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group(100 cases,furosemide)and observation group(100 cases,sacubitril-valsartan combined with furosemide).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF of the two groups increased,LVEDd,LVMI,NT-proBNP,Hcy,IL-6,ICAM-1 levels decreased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril-valsartan combined with furosemide can effectively improve the myocardial injury indexes of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,promote the recovery of cardiac function and improve the clinical effect.
