盐酸氨溴索治疗老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary infection

目的探讨盐酸氨溴索治疗老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者的临床效果。方法将120例老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组给予莫西沙星治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予盐酸氨溴索治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,辅助吸氧时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的血清CRP、PCT水平均降低,FEV1、FEV1/FVC均升高,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸氨溴索治疗老年慢阻肺合并肺部感染患者的效果显著,可明显缩短治疗时间,降低血清炎症因子水平,改善肺通气功能。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary infection were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with moxifloxacin,and the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the auxiliary oxygen inhalation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CRP and PCT in the two groups decreased,and FEV1 and FEV1/FVC increased,and those in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary infection has a significant effect,it can significantly shorten the treatment time,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors,improve pulmonary ventilation function.
