输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术对输尿管上段结石患者的结石清除率及机体应激反应的影响

Effects of flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy on stone clearance rate and stress response of patients with upper ureteral calculi

目的探讨输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术对输尿管上段结石患者的结石清除率及机体应激反应的影响。方法回顾性分析101例输尿管上段结石患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为对照组(50例)和观察组(51例)。对照组采用输尿管镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗,观察组采用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗。比较两组的结石清除情况、并发症发生情况及机体应激反应指标。结果观察组的结石清除率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后1 d,两组的CRP、PCT水平均升高,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗输尿管上段结石患者,可提高结石清除率,减少并发症的发生及应激反应。

Objective To explore the effects of flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy on stone clearance rate and stress response of patients with upper ureteral calculi.Methods The clinical data of 101 patients with upper ureteral calculi were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(51 cases).The control group was treated with ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,and the observation group was treated with flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The stone clearance,complications and stress response indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The stone clearance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At 1 d after operation,CRP and PCT levels of the two groups increased,but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi can improve the stone clearance rate,reduce the incidence of complications and the stress response.
