米非司酮联合依沙吖啶对瘢痕子宫中期妊娠的引产效果及安全性

Induced labour effect and safety of mifepristone combined with ethacridine in the second pregnancy of scarred uterus

目的分析米非司酮口服联合依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射对瘢痕子宫中期妊娠的引产效果及安全性。方法根据入院编号将72例瘢痕子宫中期妊娠患者分为参照组与联合组,每组36例。参照组使用依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射治疗,联合组在此基础上口服米非司酮,比较患者的治疗效果。结果联合组完全引产率为94.44%,高于参照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。联合组的产后出血量、用药后至规律宫缩时间、规律宫缩至胎儿完全排出时间均优于参照组(P<0.05)。联合组的不良反应总发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮口服联合依沙吖啶羊膜腔注射对瘢痕子宫中期妊娠的引产效果较好,患者不良反应总发生率较低,建议临床使用。

Objective To analyze the induced labour effect and safety of mifepristone combined with ethacridine in the second pregnancy of scarred uterus.Methods A total of 72 patients with second pregnancy of scarred uterus were divided into reference group and combination group according to the admission number,with 36 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with ethacridine amniotic cavity injection,and the combination group was treated with mifepristone orally on this basis.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The rate of completely induced labour in the combination group was 94.44%,which was higher than 77.78%in the reference group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,the time from medication to regular uterine contraction and the time from regular uterine contraction to complete fetal discharge in the combination group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone oral combined with ethacridine amniotic cavity injection has a good effect on induced labour in the second pregnancy of scarred uterus,and has lower total incidence of adverse reactions,so it is recommended for clinical use.
