种植牙修复游离端牙缺失的临床应用效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨种植牙修复游离端牙缺失的临床应用效果。方法将本院2016年3月至2019年3月收治的80例游离端牙缺失患者按照完全随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,各40例。参照组实施活动义齿修复,试验组实施种植牙修复技术。比较两组患者的修复成功率和修复满意度。结果试验组的修复成功率为97.50%,高于参照组的82.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的修复满意度为97.50%,高于参照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将种植牙修复技术运用于游离端缺失牙修复患者中,能提高修复成功率,保障治疗效果,临床推广价值高。 Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of dental implant in free-end edentulism repair.Methods Eighty patients with free-end edentulism treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were selected and divided into reference group and experimental group according to the completely random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group received removable denture restoration,and the experimental group received dental implant.The repair success rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The repair success rate of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 82.50%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The repair satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The dental implant technology applied in the repair of free-end edentulism can improve the repair success rate,ensure the treatment effect,and has high clinical promotion value.
