双源CT胸痛三联征一站式扫描模式的临床应用

Clinical application of one-stop scanning model of chest pain triad with dual-source CT

目的探讨双源CT胸痛三联征一站式扫描模式的临床应用价值。方法将38例应用双源CT胸痛三联征一站式扫描模式检查的患者设为A组。选取因急性胸痛来院就诊,仅行冠状动脉CTA检查者38例设为B组;行肺动脉CTA检查者38例设为C组;行胸主动脉检查者38例设为D组。评估A组中冠状动脉、肺动脉及胸主动脉与B、C、D三组中相应血管图像质量及诊断准确率,比较A组与B、C、D三组辐射剂量之和。结果A组与B、C、D三组的图像质量及诊断准确率无显著差异(P>0.05)。A组的CTDlvol、DLP、ED明显低于B、C、D三组相应剂量之和(P<0.05)。结论双源CT胸痛三联征一站式扫描模式能够为急性胸痛患者做出快速准确诊断,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of one-stop scanning model of chest pain triad with dual-source CT.Methods Thirty-eight patients who underwent one-stop scanning model of chest pain triad with dual-source CT were set as group A.The patients who came to the hospital due to acute chest pain were selected,and 38 patients who only underwent coronary CTA examination were set as group B;38 patients who underwent pulmonary artery CTA examination were set as group C;38 patients who underwent thoracic aorta examination were set as group D.The image quality and diagnostic accuracy of coronary artery,pulmonary artery and thoractic aorta in the group A and corresponding blood vessels in the groups B,C and D were evaluated,and the radiation dose of the group A was compared with the sum radiation dose of the groups B,C and D.Results There were no significant differences in image quality and diagnostic accuracy between the group A and the groups B,C and D(P>0.05).The CTDlpol,DLP and ED in the group A were significantly lower than the sum of the corresponding dose of the groups B,C and D(P<0.05).Conclusion The one-stop scanning model of chest pain triad with dual-source CT can make rapid and accurate diagnosis for patients with acute chest pain,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
