温阳健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Wenyang Jianpi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis with with spleen and stomach weakness

目的探讨温阳健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床效果。方法将100例脾胃虚弱型CAG患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在常规西药治疗基础上给予温阳健脾汤。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组各项中医证候积分、黏膜红白相间、黏膜皱襞、血管显露及黏膜颗粒状患者占比、IL-8、TNF-α、sIL-2R水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型CAG的效果显著,可明显改善患者的临床症状及胃黏膜状态,抑制机体炎症反应,提高免疫功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Wenyang Jianpi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)with spleen and stomach weakness.Methods One hundred cases of CAG patients with spleen and stomach weakness were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Wenyang Jianpi decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,the proportions of patients with mucosal red and white,mucosal plica,vascular exposure and mucosal granular,and the levels of IL-8,TNF-αand sIL-2R in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Wenyang Jianpi decoction in the treatment of CAG with spleen and stomach weakness has a significant effect,and it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and gastric mucosal state of patients,inhibit the inflammatory reaction of body and improve the immune function.
