苓桂术甘汤加味治疗肥胖型高血压的临床效果

Clinical effect of modified Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of obesity hypertension

目的观察苓桂术甘汤加味治疗肥胖型高血压的临床效果。方法将64例肥胖型高血压患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组采用氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以中药汤剂苓桂术甘汤加味治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,治疗组的SBP、DBP及BMI低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的降压显效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论苓桂术甘汤加味治疗肥胖型高血压的效果确切,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of obesity hypertension.Methods A total of 64 patients with obesity hypertension were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine tablets,and the treatment group was treated with modified Linggui Zhugan decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,SBP,DBP,BMI of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of antihypertension in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Linggui Zhugan decoction in the treatment of obesity hypertension has exact effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
