益肾宁心安神方联合针灸仪治疗老年失眠症的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yishen Ningxin Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture instrument in the treatment of senile insomnia

目的探讨益肾宁心安神方联合针灸仪治疗老年失眠症的临床效果。方法选取我院2017年4月至2019年4月收治的82例老年失眠症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组41例。对照组采用针灸仪进行治疗,观察组采用益肾宁心安神方联合针灸仪进行治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的临床症状积分、睡眠质量、PSQI评分及临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组的临床症状积分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的睡眠质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的PSQI评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾宁心安神方联合针灸仪治疗老年失眠症患者的效果显著,能够明显缓解患者的临床症状,改善睡眠质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yishen Ningxin Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture instrument in the treatment of senile insomnia.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients with insomnia admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture instrument,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Ningxin Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture instrument.The clinical symptom score,sleep quality,PSQI score before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom score in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,PSQI score in the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Ningxin Anshen decoction combined with acupuncture instrument has a significant effect in the treatment of senile insomnia patients,which can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms and improve the sleep quality.
