针对性有氧运动护理方案对慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者体力活动水平及运动功能的影响

Effects of targeted aerobic exercise nursing program on physical activity level and motor function of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing peritoneal dialysis

目的探讨针对性有氧运动护理方案对慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者体力活动水平及运动功能的影响。方法将182例慢性肾衰竭患者按护理方式的不同分为观察组(常规护理+针对性有氧运动护理方案)和对照组(常规护理),各91例。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的代谢当量值显著高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组体力活动高水平患者占比明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组6 min步行距离均延长,SPPB及GQOLI-74评分均升高,SAS及SDS评分均降低,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理6、12周后的锻炼自我效能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性有氧运动护理方案能有效提高慢性肾衰竭腹膜透析患者体力活动水平,改善其运动功能,提高生存质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of targeted aerobic exercise nursing program on physical activity level and motor function of patients with chronic renal failure undergoing peritoneal dialysis.Methods One hundred and eighty-two patients with chronic renal failure were divided into observation group(routine nursing+targeted aerobic exercise nursing program)and control group(routine nursing)according to different nursing methods,with 91 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the metabolic equivalent values of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,and that of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the proportion of patients with high level of physical activity in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the 6-minute walking distance of the two groups prolonged,the SPPB and GQOLI-74 scores increased,SAS and SDS scores decreased,and those of the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The exercise self-efficacy scores of the observation group after 6 and 12 weeks of nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted aerobic exercise nursing program can effectively improve the physical activity level,motor function and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing peritoneal dialysis.
