麻醉恢复室优质专项护理在急性胆囊炎行全麻腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of post anesthesia care unit high quality special nursing in patients with acute cholecystitis undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia

目的探讨麻醉恢复室(PACU)优质专项护理在急性胆囊炎行全麻腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年7月我院收治的108例急性胆囊炎行全麻LC患者作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组进行PACU常规护理,观察组进行PACU优质专项护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果入PACU 2 h和出PACU时,两组的VAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为94.44%,高于对照组的72.22%(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为9.26%,低于对照组的31.48%(P<0.05)。结论PACU优质专项护理干预用于急性胆囊炎行全麻LC患者中,能有效降低术后疼痛程度,提高护理满意度,值得在临床上推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of post anesthesia care unit(PACU)high quality special nursing in patients with acute cholecystitis undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC)under general anesthesia.Methods A total of 108 patients with acute cholecystitis undergoing LC under general anesthesia admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 54 cases in each group.The control group received PACU routine nursing,and the observation group received PACU high quality special nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results At 2 h after entering PACU and leaving PACU,the VAS scores of both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.44%,which was higher than 72.22%of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 9.26%,which was lower than 31.48%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PACU high quality special nursing of intervention in patients with acute cholecystitis undergoing LC under general anesthesia can effectively reduce the degree of postoperative pain,improve nursing satisfaction,which is worth promoting in clinic.
