改良早期预警评分联合SBAR沟通模式在颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果

Application effect of modified early warning score combined with SBAR communication mode in patients with craniocerebral trauma

目的探究改良早期预警评分(MEWS)联合SBAR沟通模式在颅脑损伤患者中的应用效果。方法选取实施前(2019年3月至4月)住院的颅脑损伤患者55例(常规护理及病情报告模式)、实施后(2019年5月至6月)住院的颅脑损伤患者61例(基于MEWS的病情观察评估,采用SBAR模式病情报告)为研究对象。比较实施前、后患者的死亡例数及住院时间、临床护士的急救能力及对患者病情掌握程度。结果实施前、后患者的死亡例数及住院时间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。实施后,临床护士的急救能力评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。实施后,临床护士对患者病情掌握程度评分均高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论MEWS联合SBAR沟通模式应用于颅脑损伤患者中可以提高护士的临床急救能力及对患者病情掌握程度。

Objective To explore the application effect of modified early warning score(MEWS)with SBAR communication model in patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 55 patients with craniocerebral trauma(routine nursing and condition report mode)who hospitalized before the implementation(from March to April 2019)and 61 patients with craniocerebral trauma(condition observation and evaluation of disease based on MEWS,SBAR model was used to report the disease)who hospitalized after the implementation(from May to June 2019)were selected as the research objects.Before and after the implementation,the number of death cases and hospitalization time of patients,the first aid ability and the degree of mastering the patients'condition of clinical nurses were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the number of death cases and hospitalization time of patients before and after the implementation(P>0.05).After the implementation,the first aid ability scores of clinical nurses were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation,the scores of degree of mastering the patients'condition of clinical nurses were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion MEWS combined with SBAR communication mode addiin patients with craniocerebral trauma can improve the first aid ability and the degree of mastering the patients'condition of clinical nurses.
