基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预在妇科腹腔镜手术患者围术期的应用效果

Application effect of nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative period of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery

目的探讨基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预在妇科腹腔镜手术患者围术期的应用效果。方法将2019年1月至2019年10月我院94例妇科腹腔镜手术患者按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组47例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预。比较两组的护理效果。结果护理后,除精神病性外,两组患者SCL-90量表其余9项评分均较护理前显著降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者的ALB及Hb水平均降低,但观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后24 h VAS评分及并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于快速康复外科理念的护理干预可有效改善妇科腹腔镜手术患者的心理状态,改善其营养状况,减少术后疼痛及并发症发生情况,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative period of patients with gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Ninety-four patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,except for psychosis,the scores of the other 9 items of SCL-90 scale in the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of ALB and Hb in the two groups decreased,but those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score at 24 h after operation and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery can effectively improve the psychological state of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery,and their nutritional status,reduce postoperative pain and complications,and increase nursing satisfaction.
