隐匿性阴茎患儿的病因和治疗进展

Etiology and treatment progress in children with concealed penis

隐匿性阴茎是阴茎体显露异常的先天性畸形病,虽然其发病率较低,但目前临床对此病缺乏统一的规范标准,常被误诊。而该病可造成患儿排尿困难、阴茎勃起障碍及性交痛等严重后果,不仅给患儿带来巨大的心理阴影,还影响成年后正常的夫妻生活。手术治疗已成为隐匿性阴茎主要的治疗方法,但目前临床有关隐匿性阴茎的治疗缺乏权威指南,具有很强的经验性。本研究检索知网、万方、Pub Med数据库有关隐匿性阴茎患儿治疗相关文献,就目前隐匿性阴茎的病因和治疗现状做一综述,旨在为今后临床干预提供参考。

The concealed penis is a congenital malformation with abnormal exposure of the phallosome.Although the incidence rate is low,it was often misdiagnosed due to the lack of clinical uniform standard for this disease.The disease can cause severe consequences such as dysuria,penile erectile dysfunction and pain during sexual intercourse,which not only brings huge psychological shadow to the children,but also affects the normal adult life of husband and wife.The surgical treatment had become the main treatment for concealed penis,while the clinical treatment of concealed penis lack the authoritative guidelines,it has strong experience at present.This study searched CNKI,Wanfang and PubMed databases about the related literatures of treatment of children with concealed penis,and reviewed the etiology and treatment status of children with concealed penis,so as to provide reference for clinical intervention in the future.
