摘要
随着科技的不断发展和渔船设计项目数量的逐年增加,在标准和规范的不断更新,渔船设计送审周期缩短、设计任务交叉繁杂的新形势下,设计人员为与时俱进,已开始提高设计效率,缩短专业沟通和资料互享时长。与各大设计单位合作的过程中,存在绘图标准不一致,打印及叠图不规范等问题;在审图和施工过程中,审图部门和船厂对标准化工作逐渐重视,以往未提过的意见现在需反复沟通修改,直至达成共识,造成项目关键时间节点被延误,付出巨大代价。鉴于此,本研究在设计过程中不断改进、论证、归纳和总结,利用三维设计软件,运用QP系统结合ISO9001质量管理体系,得出适合当下渔船结构设计的标准化和规范化设计流程,并将其应用在近几年渔船结构设计中,可降低错漏率,显著提高图纸质量和工作效率,用户满意度提升。本研究结果可为审图和施工标准化工作提供数据参考,也可供其他专业参考执行。
With the development of ship designing software and information technology,and updating of standards and specifications,also more and more fishing vessel projects in our research office recent years,the design cycle is becoming shorter,and the design tasks are interrelated and complex.The new situation forces designers to improve efficiency,and shorten the time-costing of communication and data sharing between engineers.Cooperating with different design companies,the author found the design standards are different with each other,even the printing and folding of the draws do not conform the standards.There are many opinions which never been given before when we send drawings to plan approval agencies and even the shipyards.The plan approval agencies and the shipyards pay more and more attention to standardization,and sometimes designers wasted too much unnecessary time on the same opinions until the plan approval and the ship-owners reach a consensus with the designers.As a result,the projects were delayed and the company paid a huge price.Therefore,the author continuously improves,analyzes,and summarizes the design process.Using 3-dimensional design software and the QP along with the ISO9001 quality management system,the author draws a standardized and normalized design process suitable for the structural design of this research office.In recent years,it has been used in the structure design of fishing vessels,the error rate has been reduced,the quality and efficiency of drawings have been significantly improved,and user satisfaction has been high up.The results of this study can be references to other professions,and also can be a pioneer in the plan approval and construction standardization.
