宁夏生态移民土地利用方式的减贫效果及影响因素分析

Analysis on poverty reduction effect and influencing factors of land use patterns of ecological immigrants in Ningxia

基于宁夏回族自治区2市432份移民户调研数据,采用FGT贫困测度方法和二元Logistic回归方法,测度及分析移民安置区移民户土地利用方式的减贫效果及影响因素。结果表明,相比土地传统家庭经营的移民户,土地新型集体租赁的移民户总体贫困程度相对较低;金融资本和心理资本是影响移民户接受土地新型集体租赁方式的最显著因素,物质资本、人力资本和社会资本的影响次之,自然资本的影响不太显著。最后提出几点建议,以期为移民安置区的土地利用和移民生计恢复提供借鉴。

Based on the survey data of 432 migrant households in two cities of Ningxia Hui Autonomous region,this study used the FGT poverty measurement method and binary logistic regression method to measure and analyze the poverty reduction effect and influ⁃encing factors of land use patterns of migrant households in resettlement areas.The results showed that,compared with the traditional family management of land,the overall poverty level of the new type of collective lease of land was relatively low;the financial capital and psychological capital were the most significant factors influencing the migrant households to accept the new type of collective lease of land,followed by material capital,human capital and social capital,and the influence of natural capital was not very significant.Final⁃ly,some suggestions were put forward in order to provide reference for the land use and livelihood restoration of the resettlement areas.
