民办高校员工离职倾向分析

摘要 以民办高校专职教师和各级管理人员为研究对象,通过问卷调查收集员工工作满意度和离职倾向相关数据,采用SPSS25.0进行数据处理,运用均值法、皮尔森相关和多元逐步回归等统计方法进行分析,探讨工作满意度相关因素以及工作满意度与离职倾向的关系,并根据调查结论,提出相关建议。 Full-time teachers and managers at all levels of Private Higher Education are taken as the research objects in the thesis, and the relevant data on job satisfaction and demission inclination of employees are collected through questionnaire survey. In order to explore the correlation factors of job satisfaction and the relationship between job satisfaction and demission inclination, SPSS25.0 is adopted for data processing and a variety of statistical methods are used for analysis, such as Mean Value Method, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Stepwise Regression. According to the results of the survey, suggestions on improving the job satisfaction, on stabilizing the staff and on reducing the demission inclination would be put forward in the thesis.
