降气化痰汤加味联合比索洛尔治疗心血管神经症的临床观察

Clinical Rresearch on Modified Gas-lowering Phlegm Decoction and Bisoprolol in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Neurosis

目的探讨降气化痰汤加味联合比索洛尔对心血管神经症病人中医证候评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)评分、Asberg氏抗抑郁药副反应量表评分、心电图及血压的影响。方法将120例痰气交阻型心血管神经症病人随机分为两组,对照组(59例)采用抗焦虑治疗,观察组(61例)应用降气化痰汤加味联合比索洛尔治疗,观察治疗周期为12周。所有病人在开始治疗及治疗第4周、第8周、第12周(结束时),分别进行中医证候评分、HAMD-24评分、Asberg氏抗抑郁药副反应量表评分、心电图、动态血压评价。结果观察组在治疗12周后HAMD-24评分与对照组接近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而中医证候评分、Asberg氏抗抑郁药副反应量表评分、心电图、动态血压方面均较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降气化痰汤加味联合比索洛尔可以减轻心血管神经症痰气交阻型病人的中医证候评分,降低HAMD-24评分,与抗抑郁药相似,而副反应少于抗抑郁药,同时可改善心电图及血压的异常。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Gas-lowering Phlegm decoction combined with bisoprolol on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes score,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24)score,Asberg antidepressant side reaction scale,electrocardiogram and blood pressure in patients with cardiovascular neurosis.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with phlegm gas-resistant cardiovascular neurosis were randomly divided into the control group(n=59)and the observation group(n=61).The control group were treated with anti-anxiety therapy for 12 weeks,and the observation group were treated with modified Gas-lowering Phlegm decoction combined with bisoprolol for 12 weeks.Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes score,HAMD-24 score,Asberg antidepressant side reaction scale score,electrocardiogram,and dynamic blood pressure were compared between two groups.Results After 12 weeks,there was no significant difference in the improvement of HAMD-24 score between observation group and control group(P>0.05).Traditional Chinese medicine symptomes score,Asberg antidepressant side reaction scale score,electrocardiogram,and dynamic blood pressure in observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Gas-lowering Phlegm decoction combined with bisoprolol could obviously reduce the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes score in patients with with phlegm gas-resistant cardiovascular neurosis,and reduce HAMD-24 score similar to that of antidepressants,while the incidence of adverse reactions were less than that of antidepressants,and improve the abnormalities of electrocardiogram and blood pressure.
