益气舒心丸联合他汀类药物对ACS病人PCI术后HSP60、hs-CRP、TNF-α指标的影响

Effects of Yiqi Shuxin Pill Combined with Statin on HSP60,hs-CRP and TNF-αin ACS Patients after PCI

目的探究益气舒心丸联合他汀类药物对急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)病人经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)治疗后热休克蛋白60(HSP60)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)指标的影响。方法选取2016年10月—2019年3月我院收治的ACS并PCI术后病人90例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。两组病人PCI术后均给予常规药物治疗,对照组口服阿托伐他汀钙片,观察组在此基础上给予益气舒心丸治疗,两组均连续治疗6个月。统计两组临床疗效,治疗前后血清HSP60、hs-CRP、TNF-α指标差异,心功能指标,治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组的68.89%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后病人血清HSP60、hs-CRP和TNF-α水平均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组ACS并PCI术后病人心功能指标左室舒张末期容积指数(LVEDVI)和左室收缩末期容积指数(LVESVI)低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率分别为6.67%和15.56%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气舒心丸联合他汀类药物可有效改善ACS病人PCI术后心功能,HSP60、hs-CRP、TNF-α指标下降,安全性良好且疗效优于单纯他汀类药物治疗。

Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Shuxin pill combined with statins on heat shock protein 60(HSP60),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Ninety patients with ACS after PCI were randomly divided into control group and observation group,45 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine drug treatment.The control group was was treated with oral atorvastatin calcium tablets for 6 months,and the observation group was treated with Yiqi Shuxin pill on the basis of control group for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,HSP60,hs-CRP,TNF-α,cardiac function indexes,and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(88.89%vs 68.89%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of HSP60,hs-CRP,and TNF-αin both groups were decreased and lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of HSP60,hs-CRP,and TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular end diastolic volume index and left ventricular end systolic volume index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(6.67%vs 15.56%,P>0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Shuxin Pill combined with statin could effectively improve the cardiac function of ACS patients after PCI.HSP60,hs-CRP,and TNF-αwere significantly decreased.Yiqi Shuxin Pill combined with statin was safe and effective than statin therapy alone.
