玉米秸秆调节牛粪含水率对其腐熟进程及氨气释放量的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为探究玉米秸秆调节牛粪初始含水率对其腐熟进程及氨气释放量的影响,通过控制玉米秸秆的添加量调节牛粪初始含水率,以C/N、温度、pH值、种子发芽指数(GI)、纤维素降解率、半纤维素降解率、木质素降解率以及氨气释放量作为判断标准,研究堆肥初始含水率与堆肥腐熟进程及氨气释放量的关系。结果表明,当初始含水率为71%时,高温持续时间最长,堆肥产品种子发芽指数最高,纤维素、半纤维素和木质素降解率最高,氨气释放量最少。因此,实际应用中,初始含水率为71%的A4处理堆肥效果最好。本研究结果将为牛粪和玉米秸秆的高效科学资源化再利用提供技术参数。 In order to explore the effect of initial moisture of cow dung on the process of maturation and the release of ammonia gas,the C/N,temperature,pH value,seed germination index(GI),cellulose degradation rate,hemicellulose degradation rate,lignin degradation rate and ammonia release rate were studied during the cow dung composting process.The relationship between the initial moisture and the maturation process was studied.The results show that when the initial moisture is 71%;the duration of high temperature is the longest;the seed germination index of the compost product is the highest;the degradation rates of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin are the highest;and ammonia release is the least.Therefore,in practical applications,the A4 treatment with an initial moisture of 71%has the best effect.The results of this study will provide technical parameters for the efficient and scientific resource reuse of cow dung and corn stalk.
