Investigation on Dendrobium in Qingping market of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangzhou

目的了解广州清平中药材市场销售石斛的种类、规格、等级、价格、经营现状等,为石斛商品的合理应用提供科学依据。方法广州清平中药材市场实地调查,咨询商户,收集不同来源、规格、价格的石斛样品,并通过查阅文献辅助调查进行综合分析。结果广州清平中药材市场石斛商品来源多种,规格多样。市场上主要依据原植物、加工方法、外观性状等划分规格,多不分等级,统货居多。商品多为枫斗加工品,也有干条、切片及少量鲜品出售,伪品少见。石斛价格差距较大,主要取决于来源、加工方法、规格、外观性状等因素,铁皮枫斗一般价格较高,水草枫斗、马鞭石斛等则较便宜,且价格有逐年下降的趋势。结论调查分析了石斛在广州清平市场的商品经营现状,为石斛的合理应用提供参考。

Objective To understand the species,specifications,grade,price and management status of Dendrobium in Qingping traditional Chinese medicine market in Guangzhou,and to provide scientific basis for the rational application of dendrobium commodities.Methods Based on the field survey of Qingping traditional Chinese medicine market in Guangzhou,we consulted merchants,collected a variety of Dendrobium samples and comprehensively analyzed Dendrobium by literature review.Results In the Qingping traditional Chinese medicine market in Guangzhou,Dendrobium had a variety of sources and various specifications.The specifications were mainly divided according to the original plants,processing methods and appearance traits.Most Dendrobium commodities were not classified into grades,and there were many ungraded goods.Most Dendrobium commodities were Fengdou,and there were also dried strips,slices and a small amount of fresh products and few fake products.The price gap of Dendrobium was large,which mainly depended on factors such as source,processing method,specification,appearance and traits.Dendrobium candidum Fengdou generally had a higher price,while the prices of Shuicao Fengdou and Dendrobium fimbriatum were cheaper,and the price had a trend of declining year by year.Conclusion This paper has investigated and analyzed the current situation of commodity management of Dendrobium in Qingping market of Guangzhou,which provides a reference for rational application of Dendrobium.
