类器官的培养及应用的研究进展

Progress in the culture of organoid and application

由于细胞实验在模拟生理和病理上的局限以及动物实验的昂贵和相关伦理问题,近年来在体外建模研究领域,人们对类器官的关注及研究逐渐提高,本文主要对近10年类器官的培养进展及应用进行综述,阐述类器官的主要培养来源、环境、表征及类器官的应用及与新兴技术的研究进展,旨在为类器官的培养技术的进一步完善及在相关领域的研究和应用提供新的思路。

Because of the limitations of cell experiments in simulating physiology and pathology and the high cost and related ethical problems of animal experiments,more and more attention has been paid to organoid in modeling research recently.In this paper,the progress in the culture and application of organoid in the past 10 years is reviewed.It summarizes the main culture sources,environment,characterization,application of organoid and its combination of the emerging technology.It aims to promote the further understanding and improvement of the culture of organoid and propose more ideas for the research and application of organoid.
