Thermodynamic Simulation of Effect of Nb-V-Ti Content on Precipitation of FeCoNiCrMn High-entropy Alloys

摘要 采用Thermo-Calc软件模拟分析Nb,V,Ti含量对FeCoNiCrMn系高熵合金第二相析出的规律。结果表明:Nb含量明显促进C14-Laves相析出,对FCC-L12相、SIGMA相析出影响较小;V含量对三种相析出影响都较小;Ti含量明显促进FCCL12相析出,对SIGMA相、C14-Laves相析出规律影响较小。其中FCC-L12相产生第二相强化,视为有益第二相;SIGMA相、C14-Laves相是脆性金属间化合物,视为有害第二相。通过控制Nb,V,Ti元素含量,减少有害第二相产生,对有益第二相高熵合金材料的获得具有重要理论指导意义。 The effect of Nb,V,Ti contents on the second phase precipitation of FeCoNiCrMn high entropy alloys was simulated by Thermo-Calc software.The results showed that:Nb content promoted the precipitation of C14-Laves phase,but had little effect on the precipitation of FCC-L12 phase and Sigma Phase;V content had little effect on the precipitation of all three phases;Ti content promoted the precipitation of FCC-L12 phase and had little effect on the precipitation of Sigma phase and C14-Laves phase.FCC-L12 phase was regarded as the beneficial second phase,and Sigma Phase and C14-Laves phase were brittle intermetallic compounds,which were regarded as the harmful second phase.By controlling the contents of Nb,V,Ti,the harmful second phase can be reduced,which has import-ant theoretical significance for obtaining beneficial second phase high entropy alloy materials.
