摘要
白杨素是一种具有广泛生物活性的黄酮类化合物,主要存在于紫葳科植物木蝴蝶的种子、茎皮中。研究表明,其具有抗肿瘤、改善体重和脂质代谢作用、抗抑郁、神经保护作用、治疗皮肤病等广泛的生物活性。但因其结构导致其水溶性差,胃肠道吸收效果不理想等因素,导致其临床应用受限。本文主要综述近年来白杨素衍生物的活性研究进展,以期有益于白杨素的进一步研究。
Chrysin is a kind of flavonoid with extensive bioactivity,which is mainly found in the seeds and stem skins of the Bignoniaceae Wood Butterfly.Studies have shown that it has a wide range of biological activities,such as antitumor,weight improvement and lipid metabolism,anti-depression,neuroprotective effect,and treatment of skin diseases.However,due to its poor water-solubility and unsatisfactory gastrointestinal absorption,its clinical application is limited.The research progress on the activity of the derivatives of alicin in recent years was reviewed in order to benefit the further research of chrysin.
