石墨烯改性聚氨酯复合材料的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 石墨烯纳米材料具有很强的导电性、热传导性及其结构稳定性,将其作为改性剂作用于高分子化合物聚氨酯中,使其成为一种性能优良的复合材料。本文综述了石墨烯改性聚氨酯复合材料的三种制备方法:溶液共混法、熔融共混法以及原位聚合法,并就复合材料在防腐涂层、沥青、导电材料以及形状记忆材料上的应用做了综述,最后展望了石墨烯改性聚氨酯复合材料的发展前景。 Graphene nanomaterials have several merits such as strong electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity,and structural stability.Polyurethane are usually modified with graphene to make it a kind of composite with excellent properties.Three preparation methods of graphene-modified polyurethane composites were described,such as exsolution blending,melt blending,and in-situ polymerization.The applications of composites in anticorrosive coatings,asphalt,conductive materials,and shape memory materials were reviewed,and the development prospect of graphene-modified polyurethane composites was prospected.
