摘要
随着“大数据时代”的到来,大数据技术在医药领域中将发挥越来越重要的作用,同时为了满足人们的需求,药物研发的体系也越来越复杂。研究和开发药物是药学专业的主要任务之一,如何获取和筛选大数据并且有效地应用于药物研发中也是研究的重点。运用大数据技术对药物研发过程中所产生的一系列数据进行信息挖掘和利用,提升对现有资源的利用率、指导药物研发方案的设计,从而提高药物研发的水平。文章对大数据技术在药物研发中的应用进行综述。
With the arrival of the era of“big data era”,big data technology will play an increasingly important role in the field of medicine.Meanwhile,in order to meet people's needs,the system of medicine is becoming more and more complex.Research and development of drugs is one of the major tasks of pharmacy.How to obtain and screen big data and apply it effectively in drug development is also the focus of research.Big data technology is used to mine and utilize a series of data generated in the process of drug research and development,improve the utilization rate of existing resources,and guide the design of drug research and development programs,so as to improve the level of drug discovery.The application of big data technology in drug discovery was reviewed.
