多孔Cu2O纳米材料的电化学性能研究

摘要 采用水合肼还原法制备多孔Cu2 O,在阴离子表面活性剂SDBS的催化下制备出了纳米级多孔Cu2 O。通过XRD对其结构进行表征发现了其粒径尺寸在10~30 nm之间,通过三电极体系对材料的电化学性能(循环伏安曲线)进行研究,结果表明,与空白电极相比,在样品混合溶液浓度越强、pH值越小的情况下,其氧化电位峰提高到了81.58%,还原峰电位提高到了80.48%,极大的提高了其峰电位和峰电流。 Porous Cu2O was prepared by hydrazine hydrate reduction method,and nanometer porous Cu2O was prepared under the catalysis of anionic surfactant SDBS.Structure was characterized by XRD and it was found that particle size of the sample was between 10~30 nm.The electrochemical properties(cyclic voltammetry curve)of the materials were studied by three-electrode system,and the results showed that,compared with the blank electrode,the stronger the concentration of sample mixed solution and the smaller the pH value,the oxidation potential peak and reduction peak potential increased by 81.58%and 80.48%,which greatly increased their peak potential and peak current.
