摘要
吸附法主要是通过运用不同材料制备的生物炭对重金属进行吸附,降低土壤中的重金属含量。研究中选取城污泥和核桃壳粉末按照6:4的比例为原料,在600℃的温度下煅烧制备污泥混合核桃壳炭的吸附材料,并对其吸附性能进行研究。选取了炭投放量、震荡时间、溶液浓度等3个因素进行讨论。结果表明当污泥混合物和核桃壳炭的投放量为0.35 g、震荡时间为120 min、溶液初始浓度为100 mg/L的时候Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率最高到达96.8%。
The adsorption method is mainly through the use of biochar prepared by different materials to adsorb heavy metals to reduce the heavy metal content in the soil. The sludge and walnut shell powder were selected as the raw materials in the ratio of 6:4, and calcined at 600 ℃ to prepare the adsorption material of sludge mixed walnut shell charcoal, and the adsorption performance was studied. Three factors including the amount of charcoal input, shaking time and solution concentration were selected for discussion. The results showed that when the amount of carbon added was 0.35 g, the shaking time was 120 min, and the initial concentration of the solution was 100 mg/L, the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) was 96.8%.
