摘要
通过对宁波石化行业发展前景和就业岗位的调研分析,绿色化工生产运行控制技术的高端技术技能人才,将是石油化工企业当前和未来发展的急需人才。以宁波职业技术学院化学工程与工艺专业(绿色化工生产运行控制技术方向)为例,对人才培养规格定位、合作办学模式、“两段式”教学模式、导师制试点、优化教学内容、工学交替等方面进了创新探索实践,以适应石化企业转型升级对高端技术技能型人才的需求。
Through the investigation and analysis of the development prospects of Ningbo petrochemical industry and the employment positions of chemical students,the high-end technical and skilled talents of green chemical production and operation control technology will be urgently needed talents for the current and future development of petrochemical enterprises.The training modes of vocational education were explored and practiced,such as personnel training specifications,cooperative school running mode,“two-stage”teaching mode,tutorial system pilot,optimization of teaching content,alternation of engineering and learning,in order to meet the needs of the transformation and upgrading of petrochemical enterprises for high-end technical and skilled talents.
